As usual, Mark has succinctly stated what’s wrong with our government, starting at the top.

I have yet to understand how forcing Democracy down the throat of another country or culture will succeed. I’m sure if I look, I will find that the authority to do so isn’t declared in the Constitution since the Founding Fathers probably considered it to be something that the people should bring about for themselves.

Washington State election reform, isn’t.
